Old Building
This building (1623 University Ave.) is the fourth and final location where the church met after moving from 1615 University Ave. The purchase price was $28,000. Major remodel occurred between 1951 through 1952 and was dedicated that same year. The building caught fire in 1977 where there was a minor remodel at the back. The next major renovation started in the middle of 2009 and completed in early 2010 (see Present).
The very first Berkeley OP Church met at 1900 Addison St, then moved to 2024 University then later to 1615 University then finally to where it is today, at 1623 University.
